My name is Tom Newton but I have always been called by my nickname “Newt” for as long as I can remember. Up here in northern Wisconsin almost everyone I know has been tagged with a nickname, why I don’t know.
As long as I can remember my lifelong friend, Dr. Newton C. McCollough III, (also nicknamed Newt) and I have enjoyed trying various hot sauces. During my time in Florida we often discussed finding the perfect hot sauce (especially on our oysters). Although, sadly, my good friend is no longer with us the search continues. Throughout my travels I have found some tasty items here and there but also some good small batch recipes that needed to be put to the test. As a result, I decided to market and share some of these items with others who desire to add some spice in their recipes. Our first set of sauces includes three different flavors and heat levels. Our Cajun Hot Sauce is fairly mild and rates a 3 out of 10. Our Garlic Habanero Hot Sauce is considerably spicier and rates a 7 out of 10. Lastly, our Ghost Pepper Hot Sauce is very hot and rates a 9 out of 10.
There are many hot sauces on the market to choose from but we believe you will find ours as unique and flavorful as we do. If you enjoy our products, let us know! We want to be inspired to expand our line of products. We would appreciate any comments or suggestions for other products we should consider creating.
